To start:
Launch the Power BI Data_loader v2 page:

In Power BI
1. Set the date range


2. Click the SF_link for each learner to open their corresponding Salesforce page.

In Salesforce
1. Copy the Account (employer) Name

2. Scroll down and click Learner Number

3. Click New Certification

4. Fill in Info:

- Paste Account Name into Certified Account
- Click search/mag glass to see a list of Account to choose from (preferably marked Partner)
- Select Cert Type from dropdown
- Enter the Certification date (date exam was passed)
- Enter Expiration date (certification date + two years)
- Click Save
Errors
To expire the certificate:
There can only one active certification of each type. If you are adding a new certification for a type the Learner already possesses, but not yet expired, you need to expire it before the system will allow you to add the new certificate.
Click on Edit to view a certificate's information.

Check the Certification Expired box

Then click Save
Account website error:
You may see an error message about a valid website for the account when you enter a new certification. The system will not save the cert until you have edited the website field.
To correct: Click on the Account name/link to open employer contact page.

Edit the website field to enter an "http://" or "https://" into the website link.

Click Save on this page, then return to entering the new certificate.
