Milestone Certified Design Engineer (MCDE)
Target audience: Individuals responsible for designing surveillance solutions to meet customers’ needs
Description: The Milestone Certified Design Engineer (MCDE) assessment tests your ability to define surveillance objectives, select the devices, products, components, network, and storage products, as well as document system and operator behaviors to support those objectives.
Milestone Certified Integration Technician (MCIT)
Target audience: Partners who install and configure large complex systems.
Description: The Milestone Certified Integration Technician (MCIT) assessment tests the ability to install and configure moderately complex XProtect® Advanced VMS installations with camera counts between 100-500 cameras.
Milestone Certified Integration Engineer (MCIE)
Target audience: Partners/MCITs who install and configure large complex systems.
Prerequisite: You must have passed the MCIT assessment before taking the MCIE assessment.
Description: The Milestone Certified Integration Engineer (MCIE) assessment tests your ability to install and configure a complex XProtect® Advanced VMS installation with a camera count of approximately 100-10,000 cameras.
