- Merge requests are sent to BlueVolt
- Merge requests come from course coordinators, students, or your own investigations
Proceedure
- Lookup / verfiy which accounts are involved
- Send a merge request to BlueVolt, indicate Wining Record
Find / Verify the relevent accounts

Send a Merge Request
Send a merge request to BlueVolt Admin Support (adminsupport@bluevolt.com). Indicate the accounts involved and which is to be the surviving record (Winning Record).
