Requests

  • Merges are not automated
  • Merge requests are sent to BlueVolt
  • Merge requests come from course coordinators, students, or your own investigations

Proceedure

  • Lookup / verfiy which accounts are involved
  • Send a merge request to BlueVolt, indicate Wining Record

Find / Verify the relevent accounts

Lookup account(s) in Salesforce. See Salesforce Lookup for steps.

Lookup account(s) in BlueVolt. See BlueVolt Lookup for steps.

Send a Merge Request

Send a merge request to BlueVolt Admin Support (adminsupport@bluevolt.com). Indicate the accounts involved and which is to be the surviving record (Winning Record).
